Hi friends and family how are you doing I hope you are great, thank you respected teachers for giving us chance again to learn something more about food and salads. I hope it would be really helpful for us to explore new things which are healthy and rich in nutrients. Today I will making salad which is obviously part of our daily food with different combinations.
I will try to proceed according to the requirements of the course and teachers.
Yeah I have cooked 3 menu in which cooked pumpkins with chicken served with naan, noodles for my doll and which was main menu and salad we served with food but eat it according to everyone choice, last there was kheer in sweet dish favorite of my family.
Daily I love to cook two to three dishes in good as my husband required variety with taking care of healthy nutrients too.
Today I am going to make famous Punjabi salad called kachomar which is rich and healthy in combination and I take care the choice of my doll and husband and definitely for me too.
I made it simple and healthy and of course its the ingredients of daily food. I hope you will liked it and share your feedback.
I am going to use following simple ingredients to make Punjabi salad.
Punjabi Salad Ingredients are as follow |

- Carrot
- Cucumber
- peach
- youghrt
- mint leaves
- black pepper
How to make |

Step 1:
I take vegetables and washed it then dry it.
Step 2:
As its Punjabi salad mostly vegetables are chopped very fine, I chopped the cucumber, carrot, and lastly the peach.
Step 3: I kept the shape of all veggies including peach same pattern to make it attractive.
Step 4:
My doll liked star and shapes things to eat I take tomato and share it starike appearance. Then I take its seed outside and empty it well.
Step 5:
I take nestle youghrt and mixed it with pinch of black pepper, after this I added the half salad in it for my doll. In remaining salad I added very little black pepper mixed it well.
Step 6:
I mixed the salad in youghrt mixture and filled it in tomato shape,I used little quantity for my princess.
Step 7:
I keep few mint leaves to present my salad just for aroma and making it attractive.
Step 8: I preferred to used youghrt as its healthy and I would to take care of calories too as its not exceeded much from body requirements.

I hope you will what combination I have used I preferred to have one source of vitamin c as it should be included in food in order to boost my immune system along with hydration through cucumber.

I really loved kachomar salad, I'll definitely try it, I'm sure my daughter will love it too, plus the yogurt dressing is very much healthier than mayonnaise.
