Hard work is very essential for success in life, but many sees it as punishment to themselves. For one to become what he/she desires to be in life, then one must be ready to give it what it takes (hard work). Hard work is one of the foundation/bed rock of success. Laziness and Idleness is the beginning of mediocrity in all ramification of life. Lazy people are always looking for manner to fall from heaven (Easy life), but gone are the days when such things happened. Let me borrow the word of Bishop David Oyedepo which says "Hard work never kills it only refines"
Discipline is what the modern day man needs most. Unfortunately, he does not want it
