First, get ur gbanga nd put it in d fire and allow it to boile, till it get soft. Press it and extract the water from it. Now put it in a cooking pot nd put it back on the fire and allow it to boile for five minutes. Now add your meat/fish e.t.c. Add up pepper, onions, maggi, salt and spices, then allow to boile for fifteen to twenty minutes.. Now ur gbanga soup is ready. @ this junction now make ur eba, fufu, starch, semo e.t.c whichever may be ur preferred choice to eat your gbanga soup.
