Tips on buying your multi-tool #1

Buying multi-tool is like buying anything else, the first question you should always ask yourself is what do I need? Then you can go the website of different comapnies that make multi tools, eg. Leatherman, Gerber, Sog or Victorinox. The offical websites usually sort out the different categories of tools for you, take advantage of that instead of just buying tools that you know nothing about. Always do research of the tool that you are going to purchase, learn about the steel materials, mechanism and the size of your tool. Do not forget to check whether or not the tool is legal is your local area. If possible, always go to a store to have a look of the tool that you are going to purchase.
