Continuing with the practice of quick drawings and without previous sketch, this Cruella came out. I really wanted to draw her since I saw the movie and how beautiful Emma Stone looks being bad and fashion hahaha. The fact of not making a previous sketch holds you back a lot when painting because we always seek to do it perfectly but, here in a personal reflection, if I do not remove that fear I will not be able to advance further from there; in addition to this, also sought the speed of the stroke by making this portrait in about 25-30 minutes, using pastel chalk and pastel oil for the background.
Continuando con la práctica de dibujos rápidos y sin boceto previo salió esta Cruella. Tenía muchas ganas de dibujarla desde que vi la película y lo hermosa que se ve Emma Stone siendo mala y fashion hahaha. El hecho de no hacer boceto previo te retiene mucho al momento de pintar porque siempre buscamos hacerlo a la perfección pero, aqui en una reflexión personal, si no me quito ese miedo no podré avanzar más de allí; además de ello también buscaba la rapidez del trazo realizando este retrato en unos 25-30 minutos, usando tiza pastel y óleo pastel para el fondo.
