Jupiter will be a little brighter high above, and Mars will rise in the east. While Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars are visible to the naked eye, Uranus and Neptune will require binoculars or a telescope to see them.
If we're lucky in Dubai, the sky will be clear of clouds and the best location to view this rare event will be in the open desert, a place like the Al Qudra Lakes is a good suggestion or a higher place like Jebel Jais.
