The latest update from GenDESIGN's official website, which is the developer of the Shadow of the Colossus and The Last Guardian game series shows interesting looks and curiosity. This update shows the redesign of the company logo, as well as long artwork images that indicate their latest gaming project later.
Seeing this latest sighting, many gamers are starting to speculate on the truth of this teaser. Some of them guess that this artwork indicates a sequel to the Shadow of the Colossus series, while the rest guesses that this artwork only portrays the company logo where a girl is seen staring sky.
Before there is further certainty from the genDESIGN developers, there is no guess and speculation that can be precisely predicted for now. Fumito Ueda, who is the creator of the Ico series, Shadow of the Colossus, until The Last Guardian had commented last year about the latest game project planning.
Ueda said that the achievement of The Last Guardian is indeed an achievement of its own, but for the new game later he wanted to present something more unique as well as nostalgic. He also said that the approach of open world concept like Shadow of the Colossus might be the main focus later on. This of course strengthens the guesswork of the gamers, but all these new specs will be answered after the developers provide official certainty.
