I stopped smoking after 3 years of 1 pack a week. Here are some of the tips and experiences I have.
- Start with a liquid with a high nicotine level. This sounds counter-intuitive, but this will make sure you won't feel the urge to go back to cigarettes.
- Use the vape like it was a cigarette. There is no need to vape less than you were smoking. This will only increase the risk of falling back.
- Slowly taper to a liquid with lower nicotine, until you are vaping a liquid with no nicotine.
