I have been with Genesis-Mining for 5 days now. Here is an update on what is happening.

First payment mystery: partially solved

As I mentioned in my first post about Genesis-Mining, I got my first payment of 0.01798747 DASH. The only problem is that I did not receive the payment in my wallet. I discovered the reason soon. Next to the payment, there was an info tooltip. When I clicked on it, it displayed the following:

Payment Address is Empty ...

the reason for this was that I did not set the address of my Dash wallet in the My Account section. So I went to my Exodus wallet and copied the Dash address to Genesis-Mining. So, if you buy a contract from Genesis-Mining, make sure to set the address on day one.

A HUGE increase in payouts on 2nd Day

The second day I woke up to see that Genesis has given me a very good 2nd payment. It was 0.03318335 Dash. This a 84% increase over the first payout. I was so happy.
Moreover, the amount was transferred to my Exodus wallet. However, The first payment was not sent yet.

Customer Service

I sent a short message to customer service asking about my first payout. I immediately received a response to my email. I was happy when I saw the quick response time, only to discover that it was an automated response saying:

Dear Sadekj,

We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with Ticket ID - 171513.
A Customer Service representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.

Due to growing interest in our products we are receiving a significant number of tickets at the moment. Please, see if you can find the answer to your question in our FAQ, and inform us to close this ticket if you do. Otherwise, please be patient since our response may take longer than usual. Thanks for your understanding

2 days passed without any further response. Then I noticed the ticket link in their email. I checked it out to discover that they have responded already.

Disappointment But Mystery Solved

The response had the solution. They said:

Hi Sadekj,
thank You for contacting us!
As I can see on your account everything is okay with your payouts, You can also check it here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dash/address.dws?(my_dash_address).htm

Also, notice that your first payout was accumulated on your account and after You've added your wallet You received your payout for mining day 03.07.2017. together with a payout for mining day 04.07.2017.

Thank You for understanding!

So, I did not earn 84% more on day 2 after all. In fact I have earned less than the first day. What a disappointment!
