Genesis Mining - Ethereum/Ethereum Classic Payout Problems!

Hello Steemians,

I am currently not receiving any Ethereum/ETC transactions and just wanted to let the world of Steem know that Genesis is currently having issues with said transactions. The response from one of their support staff states :

Hi,

we are currently experiencing issues with ethereum and ethereum classic. As soon network recovers all missing transactions >will be republished to the network. We are sorry for the delay.

    While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..

          Hi, have your payouts resumed? I am missing a (ETH) payout from 9 days ago and they keep on sending me the message that you posted. I wrote etherscan.io and they said everything is fine on their side so it's clearly Genesis that needs to get their act together.
