Genesis Mining Will They Stop
Its about time South Carolina state have told Genesis Mining to stop operating in there state because they are selling securities. I had warned about about genesis Mining over a year ago. I invested $1200 had a horrible experience you can check out video below.
The issue with any cloud mining service is that there is no regulation of them and when they do not pay you you cant do a thing. They will because they can do what they want.
That's why I my advice for anyone thinking of investing in cloud mining not to bother as there is too many risks.
The Risks are Its could be a scam and they could run off
They make up there own rules and then break them.
Just mine yourself or buy the coins
Genesis Mining was a horrible company no customer service and once you pay them you will never get a refund or get your money back.
Will genesis Mining Stop no because its so profitable for them they are making million's milking the system and taking people money.
Here is my view on genesis from last year
I have recovered my investment but it took near a year and payment for a 2 year contact have all but stopped.

I never agree to the idea of cloud mining from the start. Few months back, a friend had asked me to join a certain platform for cloud mining (never asked the name though), but I have had too many scam history to let my hard earn money to people that can just vanish anytime anyday. Glad you got your investment back.

Genesis Mining is a scam. They increase the mining difficulty rate over time, and you're mining less every month. It's a Ponzi. They should be closed.

Genesis doesn't increase the mining difficulty rate, that's built into bitcoin and is the result of having more people mine (and with better equipment). Literally everyone who mines -
whether on their own or with a cloud provider like Genesis - mines less every month, because the same reward is shared among more hashpower.
Closing Genesis and other cloud mining concerns just prevents the small player from participating in mining. If you ban cloud mining then only people who have cheap power and enough money to buy & maintain their own equipment are able to participate.

One clear indicator that they aren't is that their contracts are almost never in stock. Bitconnect never turned down money. Other than that they have provided excellent support and paid on time for me personally. Can't speak for others.
