Genesis Mining hasn't paid my ETH contract in 7 days....

Support has not responded with anything more than an autoresponse.... Four days ago....

Anyone else having trouble with support or Ethash with Steem payouts?

    I'm sorry to hear that @seablue but please do not worry, they are experiencing some technical issues with Steem integration, issue is known and being addressed, I'm already helping with that case.

    Yeah. It seems fairly universal that crypto related support channels are overloaded with new users not knowing what they are doing. I'm assuming the best, rather than the worst, at this stage.

      Not sure how much mining power you have in that contract, but sometimes it falls below the min payout amount and they bank it until it hits the appropriate level. Also, if you are having it paid out in STEEM then with the price increase, that might account for the lag ..

      Yeah. I'm getting it paid out in Steem. It doesn't seem like anyone else is having issues, so I assume it is just a backlog of support requests. So many new people in crypto lately. It seems all the support infrastructure is buckling under the weight. :-)

      I've got an unusual payout allocation too. 10% ETH and 90% STEEM. I'm wondering whether that is having some effect on the payout.

      Scary thought! I hope that it is just a minor technical glitch causing a delay .. perhaps choosing 100% ETH would be a good test.
