Genesis Mining Day 4 - No Payout makes it frustrating

in genesismining •  7 years ago

get use to it. genesis has become garbage with no support and no care about clients they just want you funds and you tubers to promote them.. it was been 4 months with no eth payout in steem and over 30 days no one gets back about a ticket.. what contract did you buy mopre of?

i am waiting for an answer for 60 days now. have not gotten a single steem so far. i just have 5mhs ether but should have received quite some... i lost count over time...
my monero contract is set to pay out in steem and that kind of works now on a daily basis again.

I have only 1mh/s ether just wanted to test waters see how payout was. Got about 4 steem saved on site waiting to be moved over have switch that contract to zec to start getting some type payout.

i remember the payout limit on zec to be quite high. ltc payout is unfortunately not available for ether contracts. i still hope that they will get it together and send me my steem soon :-)

It is low on zec i can get my payout daily from 1 mh/s

Even with the bad support and "delayed" payments, will you be buying more contracts? I feel this is the best of the bad bunch.

i stopped upgrading quite some time ago.
due to government regulations it is now a pita to mine.
my best mining experience was with nicehash. you can get some serious power there
for now i try to switch mostly to pos.

I just bought a decent video card to see if I can GPU mine on nicehash. Let'ss see how it goes!

The irregular payout of Genesis needs to be fixed and their support is horrible or non-existent.

I bought 2 Monero contracts, 2300 H/s in total.

I was thinking if I blogged my whole experience, people will know what to expect.

Ya i use to get replys from support in a day i have one open about all my missing payouts for 33 days now.. it sucks and i can not tell anyone to use them.

Thanks for sharing. You would think a successful company could afford good support.

It seams be a thing in the internet world steam

I'm a newbie in the cloud mining. I'm hoping I can continue to convince myself that the slow payouts are ok and I can feel comfortable to invest substantially more in it.
