You could have taken the necessary steps to protect or defend yourself, rather than getting away from it and securing yourself! Imagine what you can change, then maybe you can find what you could win if you were good rather than polite.
How many times in your life were there a way to be polite? It is kindness to change your world, not to be the good person in which the dictionary is defined.
How would this world change if we were all good and in agreement? Good teenage girls often remain silent when there is an injustice, especially when this is done to them.
