There is this new trend among guys to suffocate and frustrate a lady when they are no longer interested in a relationship, instead of standing tall to say "it's over". This has to stop before it becomes a normal thing, it's really a wrong approach to end a relationship.

Effect of this wrong attitude

1. WORST HRART BREAK :- You might feel that you don't have the mind to break a ladies heart so won't be the one to end the relationship, then you end up giving her attitude until she leaves, that's the worst type of heartbreak and if truly you are concerned about her feelings, the best way is to end it there. Shunning a lady without letting her know you are over will make her feel stupid and it might be hard for her to forgive you, if she gets to know.

2. RISE TO CHEATING :- we all know cheating is wrong, keeping a lady you are done with without telling error it's over and moving on without another lady is cheating, the fact that you are done doesn't mean the relationship is over, remember it's not just about you. If this trend continues then there would be high rise in cheating.

3. AFFECT FUTURE RELATIONSHIPS :- No relationship is rosy all through, there are down times when the partners need to fight to stay strong. If everyone goes on with the idea of shunning or treating a lady bad when they are fed up,it would be hard to detect when a relationship needs work and fighting to stand strong and when to walk away. Time will come when every lady will get a signal that the guy is no longer interested at any small provocation, instead of fighting, most relationships won't last long.

4. HOLDING DOWN SOMEONE'S BRIDE :- Not popping out that word might be the reason that pretty lady is not with the right guy for her, some ladies are loyal to the fault of not moving on until they hear it's over, instead of tieing her down say the word and let her go,don't be the reason she is miserable and also the reason she is away from her groom.

RIGHT APPROACH TO BREAK UP

There are ways you can break up with someone without hurting the person much and also show respect towards her.

1. Have a public talk.
2. Tell her her worth and good qualities.
3. Tell her the flaws in the relationship. and how it doesn't meet to your needs.
4. Give reasons you should go your separate ways.
5. Apologise for inconvenience it might cause.
6. Wish her well.

This might seem like too much work and she might hate you at the moment but believe me,it's the best thing to do, you would have better peace of mind and won't loose your respect and dignity.

This doesn't appear to men alone but I made it specific because it's more common among men
