From my perspective i would rather use Geoengineering as a term of every attempt by worlds elite to malipulate the weather in order to realize their main agenda. I personally think that the fear of global warming is not well-founded, and how it served as a basis for justifying the research that has been carried out on us for several decades. Geoengineeing is being promoted as the last attempt to save people and the planet from "global warming". But the truth is a little different. With geoengineering changing rain cycles and in many will lead to drought and hunger, which can cause billions of dead!

One of the richest man in the world, Bill Gates, openly acknowledge funding and supporting such projects. Perhaps it would not be so desturbing fact, unless you've seen his formula on how to achieve " natural balance". But we will get to that part a bit later.

Geoengineering can cause the Planet to Warm up?

Geoengineering can actually caouse global warming when is combined wich clouds in upper atmosphere(stratosphere). Bill Gates Foundation suggest spraying sulfur dioxide, thirty miles about Earth, and for New Mexico the experiment suggested discharge up to 15 miles above the surface. The troposphere is the lowest part of the Earth's atmosphere and extends from 4 to 12 kilometers above the surface of the earth. Clouds in the lower troposphere are mostly white clouds with a high degree of reflection of the sun's rays. Anyway, experiments are performed above this level in the upper layers of the atmosphere, the stratosphere.

Stratosphere is the tallest layer of the atmosphere and goes up to 31km above the Earth's surface. Clouds in the stratosphere are generally thin, have a lower refractive rate, and have the ability to actually retain heat.

These proposed experiments advocate the release of SO2 in the upper layers of the atmosphere, the stratosphere, to create a shield that prevents the planet from cooling. That is exactly the opposite of Bill Gates' aim to cool the planet.

What about EPA and UNFCCC?

UNFCCC alsone know as The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is a fraud claiming that life on the planet earth is in great danger. This false alarm is used for political purposes. Global warming is a fraud based on scientists at the United Nations International Climate Change Panel.

Actually they do not have any obstacles to the realization of their goals, when both of agencies are corrupted as fuck.

Bill Gates Formula

The formula he exhibited at the TED conference on the harmful emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) and the impact on climate change. Here he has presented the already famous formula:

CO2 = P x S x E x C

Where it is said that the emission of gases is directly related to the number of people on planet (P), their action (S), the energy generated by this effect (E) and CO2 per unit of energy (C).
