I guess I should address the charges against the father of the dickless incel who committed the shooting in Georgia.
I try to wait for the facts. It seems that the father of the dickless incel was aware that his kid was on an FBI watch list.
I don't believe that being cursed with a son like Ezra Miller's character in We Need to Talk About Kevin should deprive you of your rights. If the story were that the dickless incel pulled off some espionage shit and got into his dad's guns, while the guns were in a fortified locked safe, I don't think that I'd support the charges against the father.
Now that it seems that the father was aware that his dickless incel of a son was on the FBI watch list, and he bought the dickless incel the gun with that knowledge, I support most of the charges.
It should be understood by everyone -- especially anti-gun people -- that giving guns to young people in this country has never been a oddity.
In the overwhelming majority of situations, it's harmless.
I mean, my dad bought me my first two guns while I was a teenager. I'm thirty-nine now, and my guns have injured zero people.
(As a legal note, my dad was the lawful owner. Possession of firearms by a teenager was and is legal in Arizona. Also, private transfers of firearms are legal in Arizona. So, my dad did everything legally right. I did everything legally right. I would argue that we did everything ethically right.)
The dickless incel who committed the Sandy Hook shooting murdered a legal guardian to get her gun and carry out the shooting. If that guardian had survived, I wouldn't support her being charged.
In this case, I think that second degree murder might be a reach.
Still, I have friends who are legitimate criminal defense lawyers who practice in Georgia; so, I don't wanna look like an idiot in front of them.
To an idiot like me, it looks like it's more than plausible that the father was guilty of being an accessory.
