That’s true! I personally love Lamb meat. Even though the meat is much more complex to cook correctly than other such as beef or chicken. There was one time I tried to surprise my family. I searched everything I could including You Tube videos “how to cook a perfect lamb”.
Everything was set and prepared for cooking perfect lamb I purchased at local supermarket including fresh rosemary. The only mistake I made that day, I overcooked it. “Paste” came out of it 😆.
