   "Takbir takes place when the lunar eclipse takes place, the same as Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha can be sung everywhere, in mosques, houses, roads, in cars, and so on.

And the last month of lunar eclipse Prayer or khusuf. The worship has a different procedure with other prayers.
The eclipse's salat is reserved for those whose territory is crossed by the natural phenomenon. Although in cloudy or rainy conditions.
