Manager in Germany should be technically expert in their area and to show the strong and clear leadership. Subordinates must follow or respect the technicality of their boss or supervisor. Responsivities tended to be given to the individual that is more competent so that task must be complete on time. In Germany the three is not close relationship among boos and subordinates in top down hierarchy but having closer relationship among peers.
Cultural risks that one can face while doing business with Germany.

  1. Hierarchy business structure
Germans gives a lot of importance to the hierarchy so German business follow strict hierarchical structure. Where decision are taken by top management and communication is vertical, in Germans status are given on merit base. Germans companies are held by most technically and experienced people. Doing a business in international organization this hierarchical structure will affect the negotiation and meeting that may take longer than expected.
  2. Strong departmental rivalry
For doing a business in Germans you must come from strong departmental rivalry. This will give good advantages in eyes of manager while in business make the communication channels clear and make sure that you are aware of decision maker on decision maker.
  3. Direct communication style:
German business person always communicate in direct manners. They give comments or feedback open and also this kind of behavior they expect from counter party. In negotiation, for improving the outcome or results you must read criticism as constructive contribution. When one is working under a German manager, don’t imagine praise.

Conclusion:
After analyzing all things, I came to the end that for doing a business in other country or we can say international business one must have strong research related to that company because we people/country are made as a unique body one must learn each and every thing of other body. As it is not easy to adopt same things at every place or any country you have to change according to the need of that place. Like if one is applying bottom to top structure in their country same is not applicable for other country. Other thing that leads towards a conclusion that for doing a business in other country you not only have to know the business etiquettes you also have to know about their common things like greeting behavior, eating behavior at their place, dress code etiquettes ,food and drinks etc. Germans give a lot of values to the punctuality, formal ways of doing things. Other thing Germans gives rewards on merit basis. In German the leading religion is Christianity. The official language of Germany is German. There are some Germans standards that must follow by people who are interested to do a business in Germany those are focus on task, structured control and rules, German time planning and communication etc. after analysis the German culture I came to know that in German business the time is very important, German is not give importance to the surprises, other good thing is in Germany that they treat woman equally means there are is no any gender discrimination.in Germany woman must wear dark colored and men wear dim colored dress., woman should not wear jewelry at the work.
These all was the analysis abut Germany. After overall analysis I can conclude that every country is different from other country across the world likewise their management and business practices so we have to adjust according to that for best result of business.
