Back to the basics

Hello everyone, I hope you guys have been trying to do a few steps or tips that I passed on in my blogs. It does not matter if you start with a small amount of time as long as you take the first step to be healthy. In this blog we are going to remind everyone about the basics on our lifestyle. Exercise is one of the things most people forget, you can exercise when you work (Lifting, bending, carrying), walking for more than 10 mins a day, at home while you cleaning, having sex with your couple, or either set a time to exercise, it can be any way you want, as long as you are moving your muscles and bones for certain period of time. Eating your HEALTHY meals at the designated time, if you eating snacks through the day, most likely you will be gaining some weight, so avoid eating snacks unless they are healthy fruits or snacks. Also sleep your 8 hours or as much as you need. Your body needs to recover from every effort, so you have to care of your body. Eliminate factors that don't contribute with your rest and you will feel more energized as you start living your life on a healthy manner. This is just all reminders on how little things can make your life go smoother and make you feel more alive, also understand that your mindset has to change as well in order for you to be connected from your mind to your body.
