Hello everyone, here is another blog just so you can change learn things that can help you mentally. One of the things that I learn that can help you physically and mentally is medidating. Meditating helps you being in the present and clearing your mind from negative thoughts or stressing situations, there a lot of techniques to meditate. The idea of meditating is awareness without thought. Seeing yourself from a higher perspective and where the void is all there is in your mind. Clearing your mind will help you reseting your brain and think fresh instead of overthinking or stressing. Your brain works all day so you must give it a rest as often as you can.
