Mind and health part 3

Hello again, I am back at steemit again, trying to associate with you so we can have a healthier life. Some more things that can help you with your health and mental health is sleep or rest. Make sure you are sleeping enough and not spending time in nonsense things(you can decide what things are not worth doing instead of resting) or activities that can drawn you. Remember that your brain gets tired of thinking and working 24/7 so give it some rest meditating or just relaxing. We will talk more about exercises in my next posts. Your body is your temple so you need to give it some rest, some people might be okay with less then 8 hours of sleep, which is ok, but you need to decide when your body needs rest. There are some foods that would contribute with being tired or sleepy so make sure you not eating that kind of food(bread, spaghetti or pasta, processed sweets or candies, starch, etc). With that being said make sure you eat well so you can also perform at your best.
