Hello everyone, a few days ago I started on my spiritual journey and as I was kinda explaining my journey, I were giving some advices on how to help yourself with your health, and help others at the same time. So this is what my blogs will be most of the times, on trying to help you helping yourself, and helping myself. So today will talk more about health. Most of us usually have bad habits daily. One of the things that helped me with ny health was getting rid of the following foods: breads, spaghetti or noodles, milk, sweets cereals, candies, sodas, most of the popular snacks like or most of the things that they sell on the snacks machines, coffee, beer, meats. There is more on the list but we can start with this basic foods. At the same time we can add more healthy foods to your list, and unfortunately there is going to be debate on what you would ultimately eat since there is a lot of gmo food around the earth. So I will let you decide or reasearch on what to eat and I can always give advice on this topic, but you decide at the end. Well I'll try not to give lonnnnng paragraphs so you guys can read it easier and quicker. I will be posting shortly on how to work on your mental health which is something very important since your brain and mind plays an importan role on your health.Screenshot_20180904-100026_1.jpg
