No excuses part 2!

So on the 1st part of the last blog I explained a little about what not to eat which was basic food that most of us eat daily. So same thing will be in this second blog, but the difference now will be that is about your mental health, so most of us also have some habits that we can avoid on our mental health and these are a few examples: Stressing, Overthinking, crititizing, avoiding to be around negative people, not try to get on arguments with people, and stop hating on things. Now again as my last post it is hard to tell what things can help you boost your mental health, but some of things that helps me are: smiling at people, laughing with your family and friends, write down your budget so you dont overthink about money, going outside just to enjoy a walk, exercise as much as you can, drinking plenty of water, help somebody that can't help you, be honest and communicate with friends and family on things that are making it hard for you and them, be patience with your life, and always be strong on your journey or life. Remember that your health matters as much as anything else that you love, once you feel healthier you would feel and see a lot of differences in your life.Screenshot_20180904-113222.png
