Ingredients
- 500g beef rib strips
- 200g red wine
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium - sized potato
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 large onion
- 5 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 20g butter/olive oil
- Appropriate amount of freshly - ground black pepper
- 20g tomato sauce
- 3 bay leaves
- 3g salt
- 1g granulated sugar
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Prepare all the ingredients.
Put butter in the pot and melt it over low heat.
Put the beef in the pan and fry until it changes color. Then take it out and set aside.
Leave some oil in the pan. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Put carrots and potatoes into the pan and stir - fry until they give off a fragrant smell.
Put the beef, salt, black pepper, ketchup, granulated sugar, cherry tomatoes and red wine into the pan, and stir them evenly.
Add boiling water to cover the ingredients, then put in bay leaves and rosemary. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about an hour.
It's ready to eat.
