Ghosting Friends

Is it ok to be ghosted by one of your friends? I had a friend who has ghosted me a few times in the past and now that person is trying to comeback in my life. Should I let the person back in my life? If I let the person back is it wrong of me to say "if you ghost me again that I am done with you".
