Do you believe in Ghosts? Well I didn't, till four months back. But now I believe because of my personal experience in short stay in a Haunted House. However, this also firmed my belief on God as if there is ghost then definitely there is a god because it is the law of nature, if there is an evil then there will be the savior. And I guess that was only the God who saved me from any miss happening at that time. You may find my experience like a typical Hollywood movie but its the real life experience, that's why I haven't used the word "story".
The incident happened about four months back when I was on my tour to Ellicott City, US. I got a house on rent and moved in with my wife and a 4-year old son. I was there for one month stay and I wasn't aware of what's going to be next. For initial 3-4 days we didn't notice anything abnormal but on one night when we were sleeping, got awakened by the loud sound of the toys. I woke up and saw the battery operated toys started by their own. We took it casually and just switch them off and went to sleep. It was nowhere in my mind that I could connect that incident to The Paranormal Activity as I am a doctor and a firm believer of science. Nothing happened for next one or two days. But after that same thing happened again and the toys started by their own. I switch them off and went to sleep. But after half an hour they started again. Now that was something unusual to me. I woke up and put the batteries out of all the toys thinking that I ended the problem.
But the real shock was waiting for me, and what happened, I still don’t find any logical or scientific reason behind the fact because the toys started again by their own, this time without battery. Me and my wife were constantly staring at each other with no clue in the mind to what to do next. We don't want to discuss about that evil in our house because in our Indian culture we have heard that as we talk more and more about the supernatural power and their presence, they get more and more strong. We were careful enough to not to discuss that. Our 4-year old son was too got irritated by that time. He was not aware of what the hell is happening but suddenly he woke up and started staring in one direction. I ask him to ignore the sound and come to sleep. But he keeps staring in single direction and whispered, dad keep quiet, a boy standing in front of me is saying shhhhhhhhhh! I was totally blank as there was no one standing there.
I know how we managed that night and decided to move out of the house very next day and shifted to the hotel. As it was not my permanent house, it was easy for me to shift but I keep asking myself one question, what will be my decision if this would happen in my own house? This question still arises in mind every time. I want to know to you guys what will be your course of action if it would happen in your house?
