After putting all that stuff together and exporting my four favorite versions, I added three text fields to create a burst screen or title screen in GIF form.
This is a GIF quality comparison featuring three of the GIF quality formats I mentioned before.
High:

Look, a blue version I created for use later. Like for part of a GIF-Like Video or whatever comes up later:

Conclusion: make several different versions for the various purposes that may or not appear. Allow your for creative expression later. Sometimes the low-quality GIF is perfect for thumbnail purposes. Just remember that the text will appear blurry or of lower quality in the Low quality export format. If I could only choose one, I would choose the medium quality export. Text remains legible and the video quality stays nice. The medium is usually an appropriate size for most phone and web browsers.
