RUTH BADER GINSBURG is "Just Fine" - Seen in DC Airport (Or is that a body double?)

TMZ (tmz.com) has a video showing what appears to be some people escorting Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg through Reagan National Airport in DC.

Is that really RBG - or just a body double?

And if it is her, one might wonder - why are they walking her through the airport instead of taking her directly from a jet to a private car?
