The actual responsibility

I will like to start with something interesting, do you know that 90% of people on earth don't care about your problems? And funny enough the other 10% are glad you got them. So you're better off keeping them to yourself than telling them to people who care little or none about it.
April 26th, 1997. Almost the whole part of the underdeveloped countries had gotten their had-fought independence, but in the aftermath of the positive situation of this countries has always and has never been at an encouraging side. Sometimes I wonder probably, was it the delay in the actualization of civilization that has stall their development or was it that the civilization which had already occurred some 3,000 years before the underdeveloped societies were discovered that has actually contributed to this state if backwardness. This is a big challenge in the societies of the African region.
Looking closely at the African behavior, they always fail to take responsibility for any of their actions this they blame on the devil for their misfortune. For instance, a man fails his final medical examination due to lack of preparations and blame the outcome (result) on the devil. Another is caught in the very act of stealing and the excuse is on the devil. From this we can denounce that this is the prevailing attitude of the pure African race and this this is a major reason for the stangnacy of the region.
I for once has thought about this issues carefully and had a different perspective as concerning the cause of the problem. I totally disagree with the African ideology and in my own view points I believe it us the region which they are surrounded with that has contributed greatly to this problem coupled with the fact that Africans do not accept responsibility and better approaches applied so as to help change the situation.
In discussing the region as a contribution, I would add that, the African region as a whole is very convenient and as such people are free to live without taking responsibility for their actions, this is not so when compared to the regions of the westerners especially those ones located outside the tropics. The African region is very comfortable filled with diverse natural resources aswell as good environmental conditions which comes with it. This comfort has lead to laziness and greed as they (African) forget abourt searching and applying newer approach as to doing things so as to contribute greatly to the development of the region. This has been a major issue as they are carried away.
The aforementioned issue has led to under development and continuous blame on the devil as well as the colonial masters for their underdevelopment.
In conclusion, I plead that the African race wake up to the reality of the 21st century and begin to take responsibility and provide meaningful policies that will affect the lives of their citizens greatly. This will be true developmental responsibility.
