Ethreum-based integration with GitHub and Stackoverflow?

We need to create an Ethereum incentivized platform for working with code and QA. Pay Ether for faster and better answers and pull requests. Ether can be fuel for enhancing the GitHub and Stackoverflow! Ditto for FaceBook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Ether push is better than advertising pull in every way.
