Rules

1. This giveaway will ONLY take place if this post has at least $1 worth of upvotes at the date declared above.
2. If this post has $1 - $1.99 worth of upvotes at the stated time 1 ticket with the numbers shown above will be bought. The ticket is for the german lottery "6 aus 49" without any extra chances (Spiel77, Super6, GlücksSpirale). For any additional Dollar 1 extra ticket with the same numbers will be purchased. If there are more tickets the winning amount (if case of a win) is higher [win * amount of tickets]. Tickets are only valid once (for the stated draw).
3. Every Steemit user can only take part once. 1 share can be earned by upvoting, following and commenting with "I'm in!". This may be checked before any possible payout will be done. Extra shares can be earned by resteeming and posting the link to the personal Steemit profil in a comment (2 extra shares) and by writing an own short post about this giveaway with the tag #Steem-Lottery and having more than 3 upvotes on that post (3 extra shares; this only counts once a week and only for the first giveaway the user takes part in). For every 0.05 Steem or SBD send to me (regarding this giveaway) the user will get 1 extra share. Donated Steem/SBD will be used to buy more tickets only.
   Extra shares can only be "earned" if the first share (upvoting, following and commenting) is already done. I may check extra entries. I may reject any tries to get share(s) if user haven't done all steps or I have a reason to believe that a user tries to cheat.
4. Only users who participate in this specific giveaway can receive a possible win payout. No other posts or activity can guarantee a payout of the lottery ticket(s) mentioned here.
5. If the lottery ticket(s) don't win, no Steem will be paid. If the lottery ticket(s) win, 60% of the winning amount will be paid out to participating users. The payout amount (win * 0.6) will be divided by amount of existing shares for this giveaway. That's how the win/share is determined. A user can win the multiple of this, if he/she has more than 1 share.
6. Steem are paid to every user within 24 hours after the announcement of the lotto result. Payout amount may differ because of a fluctuating Steem price and transaction costs. If the lottery win is higher than 1,000€ , Steem will be paid after a 7 day waiting period. If it is more than 6.000€ , this period may be up to 2 years. In case of a Jackpot win 50% (instead of 60%) will be paid out to users.
7. The maximum which will be paid out per users for one draw is 20,000€ worth of Steem.
8. I reserve the right to change these rules at any time without need to mention any reasons and/or end this giveaway at any time.

1. This extra promotion is only valid for this post and other posts that have these extra rules included but no later than 06/03/2018.
2. There are 20 already bought lottery tickets. Possible wins will be paid out if this post reach the 2 SBD reward amount before 07/03 (9.00 a.m. EST).
3. Participation can be done by doing excatly what stands in point 3. of the regular rules. Possible wins will be paid out regarding to 5. - 7. of regular rules.
