Last Month I started giving back 10% of all my SBD income to other authors or projects.

Being successful on Steemit.com feels amazing, but from my point of view, every member of a society has to share part of his income with the society. Without the society nobody can make it on Steemit in the Long-run.

I spotted many authors on Steemit, whom had pumped out 50-100 posts yet their financial reward for all posts combined was usually less than 20$. One might argue, that the content might not be good enough, but I think that the content is not worse than any successful authors content. At the moment, mostly people with great social and online marketing skills are getting payouts, without bonding using the Steemit.com Chat it is very hard to earn even 1$ on Steemit (This is just my subjective view)

Since 30 days ago, I have been able to sent more than 600 SMD to other authors on the Steemit platform and sponsor different challenges (For Example the Foodchallenge).

I have recently switched the payouts to STEEM POWER. Many won't cash out the Steem or SBD anyways, so this way they get more voting power. 

As most of you are aware of, I am featuring others authors too and the authors are receiving 100% of the SBD earnings as a payout. 

Most of the authors are so grateful, that after writing so many posts, they at least get once a decent payout. I wanted to ask everybody to follow these authors and help them stand on their own feet. 

I have discussed featured posts countless times with @razvanelul and others, are featured post good or bad for the platform? My opinion is, that the money the authors receive from a featured post will motivate them to really keep posting. The time between giving up and getting successful might be only days or even hours apart I know this because before i wrote my first huge GOLD Post shortly before I told myself if I don't earn at least 5$ with a post I will quiet Steemit within 10 days. 

Lately I have started to send the SBD earnings as SBD + SP to the authors. Of course an author could always ask for only SBD to be paid out. 

I am issuing a Magazin called Steemperlen featuring undervalued German posts (5-30 SBD payout per featured author depending how much the post earns)

We were able to find a lot writers and we created the channel #deutsch in the Steemit chat. Since 4 Weeks ago, over 100 German speakers are united in the channel and are discussing and helping each other to spread the word about Steemit (Yes, D-A-CH , Germany, Austria, Switzerland united under one roof)
