Last week I started my Giving Back series. #giving-back My first post went very well! I gave 25% UP votes to over 50 people, just for commenting in a way that would make me believe they are HUMAN and not a bot! I loved all the great comments!!! 💗

How to tell if NEAR or FAR is a winner?
If the person who plays the game 5 comments after yours has a name that starts with a letter that is NEAR yours, and you wrote NEAR, then you WIN!

How can you tell who is 5 comments after any comment?
I will check steemd.com and look at the comments listed there. For example, this link shows the comments in chronological order that I got on my first Give Away:

I'm pretty sure they are in chronological order! In any case, that is where I will be looking 5 qualifying comments ahead to see if a person's Entry of NEAR or FAR is a Winner!
A qualifying comment is a Reply to This Post (not to another reply) which correctly entered the contest by writing NEAR or FAR on a line of their Reply. I use "comment" and "reply" for the same thing. A reply to this post.

Surely! There are 26 letters in the English alphabet. A letter is NEAR if it is 0 to 12 letters away, and FAR if it is 13 to 25 letters away, moving forward. The letters wrap around. So, for example!
If my name here was alex, then my name starts with A and another person's name is NEAR if their name starts with

and FAR if it starts with
N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z
