No one will have the same definition, or the same idea. These labels always mean completely different things to different people. They will be associated with different identities, different behaviors, different morals and values. No matter what a dictionary or definition says in strict terms, there will never be consensus around them.

Fixing so much on labels, trying to universally apply them all, without focusing on the actual conceptual core of the conversation, is completely and utterly pointless in discussing such a topic. The root of this problem has nothing to do with labels, and everything to do with behavior. So let's talk about behavior.
