No Special Glasses For Photophobia

If you experience symptoms of dry eyes and easy glare, you should immediately consult an ophthalmologist. Wearing sunglasses when outdoors can also reduce the risk of eye glare. There are no special glasses for photophobia, what you can do is use sunglasses when you leave the house and don't forget to check with a doctor. Also, do not intentionally dim the light in the room. Light sensitivity is a condition where bright light can irritate the eyes. First of all the incoming light will be caught by the eye through the cornea. Furthermore, the cornea will focus the incoming light so that it can enter through the pupil. The dilation of the pupil will be regulated by the iris muscle to determine the amount of light that enters. Next, the light will pass through the eyepiece. Tired eyes can be recognized by several common symptoms, including:
  • Eyes feel sore, sore or itchy.
  • Eyes watering or feeling dry.
  • Blurred or ghosted vision.
  • Eyes are more sensitive to light.

Experiencing the sensation of feeling like seeing a flash of light in the eye is harmless if it occurs occasionally and disappears quickly. The process of seeing in the human eye is when light is captured by the cornea, it will be transmitted to the aqueous humor. Then the light is passed to the pupil, lens, veitreous humor and reaches the retina. The retina contains the optic nerve, which is the light receptor in the eye. Maintaining eye health is a very important thing to note.
