My entry for this week's Fun Photo Contest themed "Glassphotography " organized by @claudiaz. I approach this theme thinking of a high key glass shot.
The drinking glass was placed on a reflecting surface and the main light came from a single Studio Softbox which acts also as background. Black reflectors were used on either sides and a gold reflector pas placed above the glass in another shot. Needless to say, camera was tripod mounted and shots taken using delay timer to minimize shake.
In all, about seven shots were taken. Selected ones were combined in photoshop. White balance, sharpening, and cropping also done in photoshop.
