SYNAPSE

in glitch •  6 years ago

Thank you for your kind words, I have been a supporter of the Creative-Commons movement for as long as I can remember. I first heard about Creative-Commons when I started making mixed media collages. My purpose for sharing my work with Creative-Commons is to share ideas.

All of the images I post are my own works. Although my background in art started as a mixed media collage artist with clipping magazines and other found objects, the work I post today are my own creations. I photograph, create items with beads and wire wrapping, I sew, I edit using a variety of apps and I incorporate found objects.
Most of my visual images began as a photograph of a mixed media work (collage or assemblage) I have created or photographs I have taken. I also create short videos full of glitches and errors inspired by the Analogue & VHS Era.

I create my themes using several different apps and editing styles, as well as create textures and assemblages from raw material.

My art is inspired by Quantum Physics & Entanglement, the ascension of human consciousness, the evolution within the field of Cognitive Sciences, the effects of meditation on both the human spirit and the quantum field of possibilities.

I feel that in the realm of art be it visual, literary, music or performing we all can't help but derive inspiration and wonder from one another across the ages.
Art isn't something that was invented by our modern age, and it can be taken for granted how much our ideas can influence others.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to share.

Thanks a lot for your detailed reply. Everything you say sounds really interesting and I'm a huge fan of glitch-art, too.

But I basically was asking for adding some of these background infos to your posts (from time to time) for a higher chance to get good rewards. That would also make it more likely to receive some interesting comments and connect with other people ;-)

Thank you!
