Greenhouse effect
The greenhouse effect occurs when the radiation from the sun reaches the earth, passing the atmosphere of the same, and arrive to the surface of the earth, part of the radiation "bouncing" on the surface of the earth, passing through the earth's atmosphere again, but to return to the space, not all radiation that enter into earth atmosphere reurn to the space, part of the radiation is trapped by the gases of the atmosphere (greenhouse gases) such as CO2, this is a natural process that has been present in the earth for a long time, being the same one of the ways that the earth has to regulate its temperature, understood that, we go with global warming
Global warming
Many people confuse these terms for their relationship, however global warming is an effect derived from air pollution, which happens when in the atmosphere there is a presence of a large amount of greenhouse gases, as had been said before "the radiation from the sun passes through the atmosphere, reaches the earth and bounces off its surface, sends part of the radiation to space, but in that, part of that radiation is trapped in the atmosphere of the earth, due to the action of greenhouse gases" ,this happens with normal concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, however when there a great concentration of them, most or all of the radiations that bounce off the surface of the earth become trapped in it, producing other effects such as an increase in temperature.

a way of conclusion, it is important to have a control of greenhouse gas emissions as well as air pollution as such, a way to avoid not only global warming if it is also other environmental problem , the earth has given us so much then I wonder why we can not give anything to it
