Entertainment blends with governance thus phasing out governance with time. Direct Democracy is achieved via apps on Smartphones, exams that can be retaken are given until the voter gets a perfect score, however after each exam, the voter sees what the right and wrong answers are, that way the voter know what they are voting for, yet it is made easy, therefore everyone has the opportunity to be informed, for the visually impaired a form of voting is provided for them, so that the visually impaired are able to participate in the process of direct democracy.
