Cyber polar world and the effect of Globalization

In past few years we have seen that the world had taken a dramatic change through media.The life of a common citizen have change due to that dramatic effect.People are more knowledgeable now a days due to the globalization. Today everyone who have access over technology can easily know what's going on far form there homelands.For some reason it is good but it has its own negative effect such as globalization creates digital divide.There are people who have access to internet and those who don't have or those who have easy access and those who don't have.This digital divide creates a conflict between the both who have access or those who don't have.We trying very hard to make this world a global village in order to do that we neglected those who don't have access to technology such as poor countries or developing countries. If we want to make this world a global village it the duty of the developed countries to give them access to the technology.
