Glow in the dark scape

To Capture a Moment is easy, but to capture it just right is maybe 1 in 100 photos. This was at dusk before 4th of July fireworks in Pismo beach. While getting my settings adjusted I captured this one shot that resonates that moment before the action.

              Did you add a blue tint to the photo in post? The yellow really complements the blue really well in this photo. Really nice capture; are you going to be sharing any photos of the fireworks?
