Gluten Food Intolerance - can this be why I am ill? Can a detox help?

If you have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and/or Rheumatism, than some of your symptoms may be down to gluten in your food.

Why are more and more people cutting gluten, particularly wheat, from their diet? There has been much media attention around this subject over the past few years with theories stating this is due to genetically modified crops to glyphosate (herbicides) causing a detrimental impact on our bodies.

World Health Organisation Concerns

The chemical companies and the food industry claim the level of glyphosate in food poses no danger to the British public, however, recent World Health Organisation (WHO) findings and the chemical cocktail often found in bread sold in the UK bring this into serious question (Soil Association, 2018).

Gluten Intolerance - what it does to your body

First we have to differentiate between a gluten intolerance as opposed to celiac disease. Celiac's is an autoimmune disease that is triggered by gluten that damages the small intestine. With an intolerance, the sufferer, may experience symptoms such as bloating, diarrhoea, rashes or itchy skin and muscle and joint ache. SOUND FAMILIAR!

First Step

My detox system will firstly tackle the substance the body has issue with - GLUTEN. My bespoke system will help you to identify gluten free foods you can eat, as well as an isopathic (gluten in dilution) prescribing methodology that will eradicate the substance from your body. This is the beginning stage of recovery.
