How Grains Are Slowly Killing You

in gluten •  8 years ago  (edited)

One of the biggest problem with modern grains is that they aren’t the same as they used to be a few hundred years ago… or even a few decades ago! And grains consumed in the U.S. aren’t the same as the grains eaten in other countries… especially when it comes to wheat.

good to see your post. will follow you. I avoid wheat but really like quinoa and buckwheat too.

I ate it all as a child looking back it was all Kellogg's cereals etc. What a shame it ruined our health. Thanks to all of those companies and the misinformation ;)

Super informative and I thank you for passing this information along. I will need to make some changes. I guess we all need too.

It all started when people were starving and it was a way of keeping them fed which gave birth to the agricultural revolution. That wasn't enough for the corporations, they had to make super gluten. No much on the shelves now that doesn't contain some sort of grain, even sausages lol.

This could have been prevented had it not been for all of that grain.
