Has anyone baked with almond flour? Ive been experimenting with altflours to avoid gluten. I have baked zucchini bread with rye, oat, brown rice, and coconut flour and it has turned out fine.
Today i baked a batch with almond flour and although it baked for an hour it is still doughy.
