Allergic life, the begginings were difficult

I’ve started changing my life in February 2015. Of course I didn’t know what’s wrong with my body for years before. It was one day when I woke up and said to myself: “enough!”. In here I’d like to share you my better life, with healthy food and motivation to improve myself everyday.
It turned out that the stress spoiled my duodenum. Also my stomach produces too much acid. That's why the digestion of some proteins has caused me a lot of problems. Atopic dermatitis, abdominal pain, nausea, migraines, depression, rapid heartbeat and anxiety - all this has almost passed after the exclusion of gluten and dairy products from my diet.
I thought it would be hard to eat differently but after couple of months I realized that I am feeling much better and my food doesn't have to be boring.

It's a life "without" - like i thought at the beggining. Without so many everyday products, like gluten normal bread, cheese and everything which contains milk... Now I know it's a life WITH healthy body, pretty skin and in a happiness. <3
