How to Recover money for those who are Holding bags in Bear market

This is my first post on STEEMIT so please do forgive me in case I have some some errors
I work for one of the largest IT firms in the world. In my current role I have to do lot of numbers crunching calculation probability, future price analysis.

Anyways

I first invested in Crypto in Late November '17. Not to say the least as of today I have started to hold some bags.
Matter of fact, I made some of my relatives & colleagues invest in cryptos by late Decmber'17. Today all of them are down by atleast 60 to 70% on their investment. SO am I worried. Hell NO. are then worried. HELL Yes. because like most of you I too believe in the tech and know for a fact this is no bubble. in fact I consider all of as early investors. masses are yet to invest in cryptos

So being so OPTIMISTIC for cryptos how do I get increase my Profit% when ever we are in December'17 like Bull Market

Points to remember

When BTC goes down ALTS go take a double dive
When BTC goes up by 3-4% ALTS go up by double digits
When BTC remains stable -0.5% to 1% ALTS usually go by 5 to 6%
The past the market cap bottoms have varied from 276 Billion USD to 256 Billion USD. So this time we should stop at around 243Billion USD, looking at the resistance

So here is my Strategy

I am going to convert some of my BTC to ALTS that i believe in. Since the ALTS have suffered more in this down trend, they are expected to perform better when market starts to recover
In fact now just using BTC I can increase my position my almost 17 times for some of the ALTS that I like
