NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION

I will really make it happen this time. New year resolutions are sometimes known as false declarations of people during the start of the year, I do hope I can make it this time. I just want to achieve that perfect figure again. I have gained weight for the past two years. I'll be updating about my progress soon.

    Good luck. Do you have a plan on how you will proceed? I lost 176lbs in one year but like you I have been regaining for past few years (still 100lbs lighter though)

    Yes, Thank you. I'm just starting with the basic jogging routine every morning, and less intake of carbs. I'll be going to the gym next month.
