Positive thinking....mental health

This subjective state of well-being depends on the thoughts and feelings about our own existence and the interpretation we give to the events around us, not the things that happen to us.

In other words, each of us has the power to change the level of personal happiness.
This explains why people with positive thinking enjoy more success, better mental health and even physical health.

Studies have shown that patients affected by serious and even fatal illnesses but who have retained positive thinking have survived more than those who viewed the reality more objectively.

As the change you want to implement, you must first start out of the subconscious.
You must first learn the subconscious how to make the change.
How does the subconscious learn?
He learns from repetition, from the creation of habits. So always be aware of your deeds, consciously monitor your thoughts and behavior, and when unwanted thoughts or behavior occur you reject them and replace them with positive thoughts.

And you do this every time, no exception.
Gradually, with the permanent repetition of this routine, a habit will be created, and the habit is the field of expertise of the subconscious; therefore they will understand, accept and adopt the new habits and from here they will also become "automatisms", the old ones being "deleted" from memory.
It's not fast and it's not easy, it requires a lot of conscious effort and perseverance, but it is said it's work.
You can also try the method of meditation and autosuggestion: do you have to make a conscious suggestion pass the "critical area" of the mind, to silence the inner voices that say they will not go so that the suggestion gets enough deep to undo those negative experiences and determinations and to take roots to generate change.
So: It formulates the very well-clear, simple, concise suggestion, strong enough, and in the present time, because the subconscious is timeless, does not understand "I will do" or "I will be"; repeat it regularly, always the same words (you know, repetition creates habits, and that's the language that speaks the subconscious); do this at a time of maximum relaxation of the mind, preferably during meditation - if you do not allow this luxury, then the best moment is the evening even before you fall asleep (the state of semitreation is the closest to total relaxation) when the mind does not is so critical.
Be realistic about your chosen goals. Think about priorities in your life, new things or things that have changed - work, family, health issues, resuming studies, etc. Life can surprise us and we have to adjust our goals to the current situation in our lives image.
